Israeli media have revealed new details about the events leading up to the Israeli strike on Doha on Tuesday, which specifically targeted Hamas leaders.

According to a diplomatic source cited by The Jerusalem Post, Hamas received a new proposal from Qatar, initially delivered by Steve Witkoff in Paris last week.
The Qatari Prime Minister reportedly met with Hamas leadership on Monday, deciding to reconvene on Tuesday to discuss the proposal, which originated from Turkey.
